Privacy Notice

Personal Data is Collected

Information we collect automatically: When the customer uses the platform, we collect information sent to us by the Customer’s computer, mobile phone, or other access devices. The information sent to us includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• data about the pages they access,

• computer IP address,

• device ID or unique identifier,

• device type,

• geo-location information,

• computer and connection information,

• mobile network information,

• statistics on page views,

• traffic to and from the sites,

• referral URL, ad data, and

• standard web log data and other information.

Information the Customer provides to us: We may collect and store any information the Customer provides us when they use the platform, including when they add information on a web form, add or update their account information, participate in chats, or dispute resolutions, or when the Customer otherwise corresponds with us regarding the services.

In addition, when the Customer registers: when the customer registers with us for the first time on the platform or uses the services, we may collect the following types of information:

• Contact information, such as the Customer’s name, address, phone, email, and other similar

information.

• Financial information, such as the full bank account numbers and/or related information that

the Customer wishes to link to our Platform or give us when they use the services.

• Detailed Personal Data such as the Customer’s date of birth or national ID number.

Information from other sources: We may also obtain information about Customers from third parties such as credit bureaus and identity verification services.

Authentication and Fraud Detection: In order to help protect the Customers from fraud and to prevent misuse of Personal Data, we may collect information about them and their interaction with the Platform. We may also evaluate their computer, mobile phone, or other access devices to identify any malicious software or activity.

Using Services via Mobile Devices: We may offer the Customers the ability to connect with the Platform using a mobile device, either through a mobile application or via a mobile-optimized website. The provisions of this Privacy Policy apply to all such as mobile access and use of mobile devices.

When the Customer downloads or uses the Platform, or accesses one of our mobile-optimized sites - we may receive information about their location and their mobile device, including a unique identifier for their device. We may use this information to provide the Customers with location-based services, such as personalized content based on the geography of the Customer. Most mobile devices allow the Customer to control and/or disable location services in the device's settings menu. If the Customer has questions about how to disable their device's location services, we recommend they contact their mobile service carrier or the manufacturer of their particular device.

 

Data Privacy Consent Form 

This is to grant consent on the general use and sharing of information obtained from me in the course of any transaction, between me and Lulu Financial Services (Phils) Inc. (LFSPI) (doing business under the name and style as “Lulu Money”), its parent and affiliates (collectively, the “Lulu International Exchange Group” and Lulu Financial Holdings). I acknowledge and agree that LFSPI and any member of the Group may share these data between them and such data may constitute my personal or sensitive personal information (which includes without limitation, my name, address, gender, age, marital status, contact details, DOB, SSS/GSIS, TIN, employment information, financial information, and other information classified as “personal data,” “personal information,” or “sensitive personal information” under the Data Privacy Act), as well as information relating to my accounts, transactions, and communications with any member of the Group. Said data may be collected, processed, stored, updated, or disclosed by any member of the Group and shared between and among them or to third parties (i) for legitimate purposes including but not limited to transactional and risk management, know your customer (KYC) checks, prevention and detection of fraud or crime, system or product development and planning, cross-selling, KYC profiling, audit, customer verification purposes, and relationship management, (ii) to provide services to me or implement transactions which I execute or request, allow, or authorize, and, (iii) to comply with the company’s internal policies reporting obligations to comply with (a) Applicable Law, and AML/CFT internal policies or procedures, or (b) any demand and/or requests from Government Authorities for purposes of reporting, regulatory reporting, disclosure or other obligations under applicable law. My consent authorizes members of the company’s Group to process, collect, use, store, or disclose my information between them, to Governmental Authorities, and to third parties, as may be necessary. My information may continue to be collected, stored, processed, and/or shared between and among members of the Group for five (5) years from the conclusion of my Transactions with them and any of their members or until the expiration of the retention limits set by Applicable Law of the Philippines whichever comes later. I do understand that Lulu Financial Services (Phils) Inc. its parent and affiliates are committed to ensuring the confidentiality of my information under the Data Protection Act (DPA) of 2012 subject to other related applicable laws, and will exert reasonable efforts to protect against unauthorized use or disclosure. Further, I understand that I may access, update, or correct certain personal information, or withdraw consent to the use of any of my information as set out in this letter at any given time by communicating with the LFSPI’s Data Protection Officer at 1006 One World Place, 32nd St., BGC, Taguig City, 1634 at (02) 8511 1835 and I recognize that I may file complaints with and/or seek assistance from the National Privacy Commission (NPC). I hereby acknowledge that this record supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consent I may have previously provided to LFSPI. This form is to be construed in accordance with Philippine Law.
